1. What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the name, phone number, optional email, property address, city, state, ZIP, and whatever context you added about the house. We also log the timestamp of your submission, the IP address the submission came from, and your browser's user agent — this is standard and is required by telephone consumer protection law for every consent record.

2. What we do with it

We use the information to call you back with a cash offer on the house, and to keep a record of the interaction for compliance, legal, and audit purposes. We do not sell, trade, or publish your contact information. We do not send marketing emails or newsletters — we only contact you about the specific house you submitted.

3. Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization to understand which pages sellers reach us through. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. We do not retarget you. If you want to opt out of GA4, the browser-level Google Analytics opt-out extension works here.

4. Data retention

We retain submission records for seven years — this covers the TCPA statute of limitations plus buffer. You can ask us to delete your information by emailing hello@easyofferhousebuyers.com. We'll confirm deletion in writing, with the caveat that we may retain a minimum compliance record for consent and regulatory purposes.
